Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote solar products and services.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and company offerings clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and provide relevant information on solar solutions.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the on-ground sales team.
Maintain records of calls, customer information, and sales status in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (solar or renewable energy experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Education:
