Position: Telecaller

Location: SHOP NO 205, DEVA PALACE, Viram Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Grip International's yoga and fitness products.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products, services, and franchise opportunities.

Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads.

Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.

Collaborate with the sales team to close deals.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of yoga and fitness products (preferred but not mandatory).

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.

Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
