Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
Work towards achieving sales and customer engagement targets

? Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
