Job Overview
We are looking for
energetic and confident Caller Executives
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and setting appointments for our business development team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Flingo Technologies' digital marketing services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or web inquiries.
Explain company services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
Schedule meetings or demos for the business development / sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM tools.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Language Skills:
Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools or MS Office.
Personality:
Smart, confident, persuasive, and good listener.
