Job Summary:
As a Telecaller Executive at Qsura India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining CPaaS products and services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving overall business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Qsura's CPaaS products (WhatsApp API, SMS, Voice, Email, etc.).
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and database management.
Schedule appointments or demos for the field sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested clients and assist in closing deals in coordination with the sales team.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information professionally.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer service executive (preferably in IT, telecom, or SaaS/CPaaS domain).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.
Goal-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and lead tracking systems.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
