Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about Airgo Academy's courses and services.
Counsel potential students, address queries, and guide them through the enrolment process.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets through effective communication.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and conversions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
Target-driven with a persuasive approach.
Female candidates preferred (as per company policy).
