About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts and confident in handling international client calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound queries.

Explain company products/services and generate interest.

Maintain records of calls and customer responses.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirements

Only Northeast candidates can apply.

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Shift: Night Shift (US/International process)

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Confidence, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to adapt to global work culture.
