About the Role:



We are looking for energetic and confident Tele callers/Tele counselors to join our team . If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with us. Location - Noida

Key Responsibilities:



Make calls to potential leads for franchisee sales. Explain our franchise model clearly and convincingly to interested prospects. Schedule meetings with qualified leads and coordinate with the Franchise Manager. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in telecalling/telesales will be an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
