Job Title: Tele caller

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1-3 years (preferably in tele calling, sales, or customer support)

Salary: ₹12000 - ₹15000 per month (dependent on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:



- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers, provide information about products/services, and generate leads.

- Customer Support: Handle inbound queries, resolve customer issues, and provide excellent customer service.

- Sales Growth: Meet sales targets, convert leads into customers, and contribute to business growth.

- Data Management: Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.

- Performance Metrics: Achieve performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Skills:



- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

- Active Listening: Ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and respond appropriately.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling rejections.

- Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
