Female Telecaller - Finance Sector

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused

Female Telecallers

to join our finance team. The role involves handling customer queries, explaining financial products/services, and supporting customer acquisition through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding financial products/services. Explain loan, investment, or finance-related offerings in a clear and professional manner. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Follow up with leads and maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions. Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to support closures.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate preferred.

Experience:

Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience in finance or related sector will be an added advantage.

Skills:

Good communication in

Hindi and English

. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
