About the Role

We are looking for a

Customer Service Executive

to join our team in Noida. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide solutions and resolve issues within the given timelines. Coordinate with internal teams for escalated cases. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements

Minimum

6 months of experience

in customer service (voice or non-voice process). Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
