Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive who will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database or lead list
Explain company services such as SMS Marketing, WhatsApp API, Website Development, etc.
Generate interest and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team
Maintain call logs and update CRM with relevant client information
Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication
Handle basic queries professionally and escalate complex cases to the senior team
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate
0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
