We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and converting leads into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads/customers
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
Follow up on inquiries and maintain call records
Handle customer questions and objections with confidence
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi/English language)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude
Qualifications:
Preferred: Graduate
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or BPO is a plus
