Job Title: Telecaller Executive



:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services

Handle inbound queries and follow up on leads effectively

Communicate clearly and confidently in both Hindi and English

Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system

Generate interest and build rapport with customers over the phone

Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Assist in maintaining call logs, feedback, and reporting data

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding or service delivery

Education:
