We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our Loan Department. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining loan products, assisting with documentation, and following up on leads. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and basic knowledge of loan procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with potential loan applicants Explain loan products and eligibility Guide customers through documentation and application Maintain call records and update CRM Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred 0-2 years experience in telecalling or customer service Good communication skills in [mention languages] Basic computer knowledge

Salary:

15000-30000 + incentive(7000)
