We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Telecaller

to join our Compa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into site visits or sales appointments. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so a friendly, confident, and persuasive communication style is essential.

Experience:

0-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads. Explain property features, pricing, and availability clearly and effectively. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into sales. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries. Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.

Requirements:

Minimum Graduate; a degree in any field is an advantage. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate is preferred. Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi]. Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Good knowledge of real estate products and the local market is a plus. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
