Job Summary:

Vicdigit Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a motivated and result-oriented International IT Sales Executive to join our on-site team in Lucknow (Ashiyana).

The role involves outbound calling to international clients - primarily in the US, UK, and Europe - to generate leads and drive sales for our software solutions and digital marketing services, including Social Media Optimization (SMO).

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international prospects in the US, UK, and Europe

Generate qualified leads and set appointments for business development

Present and promote company services such as software development and SMO

Understand client requirements and offer appropriate IT solutions

Follow up consistently to close deals and achieve sales targets

Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and client communications in the CRM

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handovers and service delivery

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of international calling experience (US/UK/Europe markets)

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Strong knowledge of IT services and digital marketing (e.g., SMO, SEO)

Ability to work night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST)

Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales processes

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in international B2B sales, cold calling, or lead generation for IT companies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
