Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain solar products, services, and benefits clearly
Generate and follow up on leads
Schedule appointments for field sales teams
Maintain a database of customer information and sales records
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (solar or related industry preferred)
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally
Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage a plus)
