Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive

Telecaller/Telesales Executive

to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy solutions, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain solar products, services, and benefits clearly Generate and follow up on leads Schedule appointments for field sales teams Maintain a database of customer information and sales records Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Requirements:



6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales (solar or related industry preferred) Excellent communication and convincing skills Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage a plus)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
