Innova ESI is looking for dynamic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our team in Noida Sector 63. Whether you're an experienced professional with 6 months of telecalling experience or a fresher looking to start your career in the field of telemarketing, this opportunity is perfect for you!

As a Telecaller Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

Making outbound calls to potential customers. Explaining our products and services clearly and effectively. Handling customer queries and objections. Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintaining records of all interactions with customers. Providing feedback to management on customer needs and responses.

Skills and Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Freshers with a keen interest in telecalling are welcome. Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be a plus. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Internet). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
