We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Telecaller Executive
to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Provide information about residential and commercial real estate projects.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up with leads and ensure continuous engagement.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and follow-ups.
Requirements
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive..
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
