Job Summary



We are looking for a courteous and professional

Telecaller (Non-Sales)

to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and/or inbound calls for purposes such as customer support, appointment confirmation, data collection, or follow-ups --

without any sales targets

.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, reminders, verification, or information dissemination. Answer incoming customer calls, understand their queries, and provide appropriate assistance or route to the right department. Update CRM/database with accurate information after every call. Follow call scripts and protocols to maintain consistency and quality. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed. Maintain records of conversations and follow-up status.

Requirements



Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role is a plus. Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language -- adjust as needed]. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools or MS Office. Ability to remain calm and handle calls in a professional manner. Positive attitude and good listening skills.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
