Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries about courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and walk-ins
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student interactions in CRM
Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates
Achieve daily/weekly call and admission targets
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for smooth enrollment
