We are seeking a confident and well-spoken female Telecaller to join our reservations and sales support team. The ideal candidate will handle guest inquiries, promote hotel services, and support lead generation while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality expected of a luxury 5-star hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote hotel rooms, banquets, events, spa, and dining services.
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about hotel offerings, packages, and promotions.
Generate and follow up on leads for room bookings, banquets, conferences, and events.
Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and bookings in the system.
Coordinate with sales, reservations, and front office teams to ensure seamless guest handling.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle guest interactions courteously, ensuring a premium brand experience.
Follow up with existing and potential clients to build long-term relationships.
Candidate Profile:
Female candidate with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Pleasing personality with a customer-centric approach.
Prior experience as a telecaller, reservations executive, or sales coordinator in hospitality is preferred.
Ability to persuade and close leads effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/reservation systems.
Well-groomed, professional, and disciplined.
