We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic

Telecaller Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, promoting our EV scooters and toys, and maintaining strong customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers, this role is perfect for you!

Roles & Responsibilities

Attend inbound customer calls, explain product features (EV scooters & toys), and assist in directing them for a factory visit. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain a record of calls, customer details, and follow-ups. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Schedule appointments for store visits or test rides (for EV scooters). Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
