Kings Developer is seeking a motivated and persuasive
Telecaller
to join our real estate sales and marketing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining project details, and generating qualified leads for our premium real estate properties across Dehradun and nearby locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads generated via marketing campaigns.
Explain project features, location advantages, pricing, and other relevant details clearly and confidently.
Maintain follow-ups with interested leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Record call outcomes and update CRM systems regularly.
Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure client confirmations.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead nurturing and closure support.
Handle incoming queries and direct them appropriately.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
Basic knowledge of real estate sector is a plus.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software is a bonus.
