Job Role

We are hiring a

Telecaller

to handle customer calls, enquiries, sales conversations, customer service, and basic operational coordination for

AMG Fresh Milk

in the Udaipur region.

Key Responsibilities

Attend

incoming customer calls & WhatsApp enquiries

Make

outgoing calls

for new leads, follow-ups, and subscriptions Explain milk types, pricing, delivery schedules & subscription plans Convert enquiries into

confirmed orders and monthly subscriptions

Handle

customer service

(delivery issues, pauses, quantity changes) Coordinate with delivery & operations team for smooth daily operations Maintain simple call logs, customer details & follow-up records

Requirements

Good

Hindi communication skills

(Rajasthani/Mewari is a plus) Basic English understanding Sales & customer-handling mindset Ability to work independently from home Smartphone + stable internet connection Prior telecalling / sales / customer service experience preferred (Freshers & homemakers can also apply)*

Work Timings

Flexible / shift-based (morning & evening call windows) 6 days working
