Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from customers to promote products or respond to inquiries.
Clearly explain products/services, answer customer questions, and resolve concerns in
both Hindi and English
.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly call targets set by the supervisor.
Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Provide prompt and accurate information to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collect and update customer data as required.
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi and English
(verbal and written).
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer care, or telesales is preferred.
Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling customer objections and queries.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry).
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
