Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries.
Maintain records of calls and customer responses in CRM software.
Follow up on leads and ensure target achievement.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
English Must
Basic computer knowledge.
Confidence and convincing ability.
Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
