Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to patients / clients for appointments, follow-ups, and service information
Handle
inbound calls
and resolve basic queries professionally
Explain hospital services, treatment packages, and offers
Schedule appointments and update patient records
Maintain call logs and daily reports
Follow up on leads and pending inquiries
Coordinate with front desk, billing, and medical teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Intermediate / Graduate (Any stream)
Experience:
0-3 years as a
Telecaller / Telesales / Tele Executive
Good communication skills in
Telugu, Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM systems)
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Ability to work with targets
