Join our dynamic sales team as an Experienced Telecaller to drive lead generation for our life sciences education and training services. You'll leverage your proven skills to connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and contribute to our growth in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:



Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospects from provided leads. Pitch educational courses and services effectively to generate appointments. Handle objections, follow up on leads, and update CRM records. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversations, and qualified leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to close opportunities.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (B2B/B2C). Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi; Telugu proficiency preferred. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools (Excel) and basic sales processes. High resilience, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
