Job Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound & outbound calls
for loan inquiries Explain and sellall types of loans
, including: Personal Loan Business Loan Home Loan Loan Against Property (LAP) Car Loan & other secured loans Understand customer requirements and suggest thebest loan options
Maintaindaily call reports, follow-ups & lead tracking
Coordinate with sales managers & bank teams for smooth disbursement Achievemonthly targets
with quality conversions Buildstrong relationships
with customers and repeat clients Guide junior telecallers (if required)Required Skills:
Strong
communication & convincing skills
Good knowledge ofloan process & eligibility criteria
Ability to handleobjections & negotiations
Target-oriented & self-motivated Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software) Fluency inTelugu, Hindi & English

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
