Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Personality for our Tele calling team. This Position

offers hands-on experience in client communication, insurance claim coordination, and

professional etiquette within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and receive calls to/from clients regarding insurance claims and documentation

Clearly explain claim procedures, required documents, and timelines.

Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and resolutions.

Handle client queries with professionalism and empathy.

Assist in scheduling appointments and reminders.

Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and Kannada (additional regional languages are

a plus).

Basic understanding of insurance or willingness to learn.

Polite, patient, and professional demeanor.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
