We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident
Telecaller Executive
to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to customers
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
Pleasant voice and customer-friendly approach
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an added advantage
Ability to work with targets and under pressure
Prior experience in real estate telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
