Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Initiate calls to prospects and existing clients to introduce products/services.

Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify opportunities, pitch offerings, convert leads, and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.

Customer Engagement:

Understand customer needs, address queries, resolve issues, and build rapport.

Data Management:

Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system.

Follow-ups:

Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close deals.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on company products, services, and sales techniques.

Reporting:

Maintain detailed call logs and sales records.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and confident approach with strong closing skills. Ability to handle stress, manage multiple tasks, and work towards targets. Good time management and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in telesales or customer service (preferred). Fluency in local/regional languages (beneficial for domestic roles).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
