We are looking for Telecallers with strong communication skills to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain products or services, and generate leads or appointments. The role requires clear speaking, active listening, and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
Make and receive customer calls
Explain products/services clearly
Follow up on leads and update records
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Previous telecalling experience is a plus
