Key Responsibilities
Answer
incoming calls from patients
and schedule appointments accurately
Make
outbound follow-up calls
and send appointment reminders
Provide clear information regarding
clinic timings, services, and procedures
Send messages to patients via WhatsApp/SMS as required
Receive and guide patients during OP hours
Assist with
billing and payment coordination
Enter patient details and appointment data into the system
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate with doctors and other staff to ensure
smooth appointment flow
Share timely updates with doctors for effective coordination
Call Handling Expectations
Handle approximately
60-100 calls per day
efficiently and politely
Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times
Eligibility & Skill Requirements
Proficient in
Telugu, Hindi, and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand patient concerns and build good rapport
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Experience in MS Excel is an added advantage
Prior experience in healthcare or tele calling is preferred, but
freshers may also apply
