Identify whether the prospect is interested in exploring the product.
Schedule product demo sessions for interested customers.
Maintain call logs and update lead status in the system.
Follow communication scripts and maintain professionalism on every call.
Coordinate with sales/demo teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
