Key Responsibilities
A. Property Owner & Agent Communication
Call all landowners and agents posting properties on Urbanlands.ai.
Verify property details, required documents, and ensure accuracy before approval.
Explain platform features, listing process, and benefits to property owners.
B. Property Listing Review & Approval
Review all property submissions made on the platform.
Approve listings after complete verification so they go live.
Coordinate with the verification team if additional details are needed.
C. Builder & Developer Subscription Pitching
Call builders/developers registered or captured from campaigns.
Pitch Urbanlands.ai's subscription plans clearly and professionally.
Share benefits, pricing, offers, and close subscription sales.
Maintain strong relationships with developers for repeat business.
D. Lead & Data Management
Maintain detailed and organized Excel sheets for all leads (owners, agents, builders).
Update status, follow-ups, conversion details, and call notes accurately.
Support operations with proper documentation and daily reports.
E. Customer Support
Handle inbound queries related to listings, approval status, subscription plans, and platform usage.
Offer solutions and maintain high satisfaction levels.
