We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in sales and customer service. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about products/services.
Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of call activity and sales leads.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address queries in a professional manner.
Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English (and local language if required).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, ).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
