Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Telecallers with prior exposure to school admission counseling or educational services. The role involves handling admission inquiries, guiding parents about the school's curriculum and facilities, scheduling visits, and supporting conversions by maintaining strong communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls related to admissions and general school inquiries. Provide accurate information about school programs, curriculum (CBSE/IGCSE), fee structure, facilities, and admission procedures. Maintain lead database and update call response status regularly in CRM/Google Sheets. Schedule school visits, campus tours, and meetings with admission counselors. Follow up consistently with parents to move leads forward in the admission funnel. Coordinate with school principals, counselors, and marketing teams for lead tracking and conversions. Ensure high standards of customer service, communication, and professionalism are maintained. Assist in organizing admission campaigns, orientations, and parent interaction events. Report daily/weekly admission progress and insights to the management team.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a telecaller/admission counselor in a school/education institution (Preferred) Strong communication skills in

English & local languages

Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive communication Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools Confident, patient, and parent-friendly attitude with service mindset

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
