Handle inbound/outbound calls for patient appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Schedule consultations for dermatology, cosmetology, hair treatments, and skin care services.
Follow up on leads for packages like PRP, GFC, laser hair removal, acne/pigmentation treatments.
Provide information on Black Friday offers, clinic locations, and doctor availability.
Manage patient feedback, Google review requests, and rescheduling.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi, English (spoken & written).
3+ years telecalling experience; healthcare/BPO background preferred.
Knowledge of basic medical terms (dandruff, acne, hair regrowth, etc.).
Polite, patient, and persuasive with good convincing skills.
Proficiency in CRM/Excel; WhatsApp Business experience a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred.
