About the Role

We are hiring a

Female Telecaller

with 1 year of experience and good Telugu communication skills. The role involves handling customer calls, explaining services, and generating leads. Candidates must be confident and efficient in follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding solar products & services Explain solar system benefits, pricing, and installation process Convert inquiries into qualified leads and set up appointments for the sales team Maintain call logs, lead details and follow-up lists Provide excellent communication and customer service Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets

Requirements

Fluency in

English, Telugu and Hindi

(must) Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills Basic computer skills (MS Excel) Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally Telecalling / customer-service experience preferred (but not mandatory)
