Handle inbound enquiries related to training programs and placements.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
Provide accurate information regarding fees, batches, schedules, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
Build a positive relationship with students and maintain professionalism.
Requirements
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / counselling.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
