Job Title: Tele Caller Role (Proficient in Hindi, English, Rotational shifts)

Location:- Somajiguda-Hyderabad.

Job type: Full time

Shifts:- Rotational shifts (Day/Night/Split)

:- Customer communication: Answering calls, handling INBOUND & OUTBOUND calls.

Customer needs: Identifying customer needs and responding to them

Problem resolution: Researching issues, providing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems

Customer relationships: Building relationships with customers and boosting customer loyalty

Relationship building: Build rapport with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers

Documentation: Create reports and documentation based on conversations

Call center agents should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong verbal and written communication skills. They should also have knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 0-1 year handling inbound & outbound calls experience (Hospitality industry added addvantage)
