Job Summary

Telecaller Executive

to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services/products to customers, and maintain proper follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Telugu

.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information Maintain customer records and update the database regularly Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions Understand customer needs and share relevant solutions Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned Maintain professionalism and positive attitude during calls

Key Skills Required

Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Telugu

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry) Ability to handle customer queries responsibly Confident, proactive, and customer-focused
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
