Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective parents and students for student admissions.
Provide
complete information
about our academic programs, courses, and admission procedures.
Handle
inbound inquiries
and address questions or concerns regarding admissions.
Maintain
accurate records
of all calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Conduct
frequent follow-ups
with interested leads to ensure successful conversions.
Work closely with the admissions team to achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
Intermediate or Graduation.
Good communication skills
in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
Prior experience in
telecalling / counseling / customer support
is an added advantage.
Ability to handle calls confidently and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
