Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Generate leads and follow up on potential customers to achieve sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer experience and processes.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome; experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support will be an added advantage.
