Telecallers
to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, playing a key role in client communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain legal services clearly and professionally
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Handle inbound queries with a courteous and helpful attitude
Maintain records of calls and client details
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
Positive attitude, patience, and confidence in dealing with clients
Willingness to learn and grow within the firm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
