Job Title: Telecaller Location: Srinagar Colony, Banjara Hills Interview: In-person Salary: Up to ₹25,000 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling with basic Excel knowledge Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling outbound/inbound calls, engaging customers effectively, and maintaining accurate data using basic Excel. The candidate should be proactive, confident, and able to contribute to our communication and outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities ? Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers and explain products or services. ? Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate information or assistance. ? Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database of calls and responses. ? Record customer information accurately in Excel sheets. ? Support the sales/marketing team with telecommunication activities. ? Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Qualifications & Skills ? Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role. ? Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining records. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented. ? Ability to handle multiple calls and work in a fast-paced environment. 1
