Job Summary:



We are looking for a professional and empathetic

Hospital Telecaller

to manage patient calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about hospital services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and customers. Schedule appointments and confirm bookings with doctors. Provide accurate information about hospital services and facilities. Follow up with patients for feedback, test results, and appointment reminders. Maintain and update patient records in the hospital database. Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient service.

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare. Good communication in English and local language. Basic computer skills (MS Office, hospital software preferred). Polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette.
